DEFIANTXR’s Mission Monitor takes full advantage of BSI’s web server capability, unlocking all the hidden simulation data you may not normally see! Since this is browser based, you can monitor the mission from any device on your simulation network. This ever growing suite of web applications can be used to augment training, provide low cost displays for students, or remotely monitor the mission without interfering!
DEFIANTXR’s GPS MACE Plugin expands on MACE’s native GPS support. The key difference is leveraging MACE’s physics modeling between GPS updates. Combined with some additional user settings the result are smoother live entity inserts into the simulation. DEFIANTXR’s GPS MACE Plugin can take either a serial, TCP, or network sourced NMEA GPS input! This means you can insert yourself into the MACE simulation from your phone, either from your browser, or from the provided Android application!
Create live aircraft entities in MACE with an inexpensive ADS-B receiver! DEFIANTXR’s ADS-B MACE Plugin converts data from “dump1090” into entities in MACE. Leveraging MACE’s physics modeling, the plugin “dead reckons” the aircraft between updates. The plugin starts with a registry of known aircraft and translates their ICAO code to a MACE aircraft. However, you have the ability to drag a MACE entity from Mission Builder and reassign the aircraft. Build a custom database of returning aircraft flying around your receiver!
This MACE plugin makes it easier to be a “role player”. All the common avionics controls of an aircraft are condensed into one area. Control common settings of the entity, control navigation, manage aircraft lights, set laser codes, or onload more fuel and countermeasures! Report gear down and locked? Yes, you can now do that without changing your IG view.
Available as either a Windows or Android application, DEFIANTXR’s NDI Viewer is a custom tool for viewing BSI’s ARMOR NDI streams. It can also view any other viable NDI stream, however, this was created with extra features to help the common MACE and ARMOR user get the most out of that feature.
